Aquisition Criteria

Times Ventures Corporation is actively seeking solid multifamily opportunities in the Twin Cities metro area.

Typically, we look for between 50-250 units, class “B”, in solid locations.

We like properties that are large enough to support on-site management and have some desirable amenities (e.g., balconies and underground parking), yet fall under the institutional umbrella typically seeking large “A” properties with higher amenities.

We will consider smaller add-on properties in communities where we have a strong management presence already in place.
