Marty Schreier, President
Marty Schreier founded Times Ventures Corporation in 2002. Marty chairs the governing boards of a number of partnerships that hold real estate. He is a founding investor and board member of Gateway Bank in Mendota Heights. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business and an undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame. Marty and his wife Jen are the active and proud parents of three children. Marty has served as the Board President of the Saint Thomas Academy Alumni Association, Chair of the St. Paul Skyway YMCA, Commodore of White Bear Yacht Club, and, along with Jen, as the Chair of the Nativity of Our Lord Live Auction Committee.
Mike Brazil, Director of Operations
As the Director of Operations, Mike Brazil is responsible for overseeing the physical operations of the Times Ventures apartment portfolio. Mike has a strong background in apartment management, operations and contracting. Before joining Times Ventures in 2008, Mike owned a contracting business. Previously, Mike managed the operations for a number of apartment properties managed by At Home Apartments in Saint Paul. Mike holds an undergraduate degree from Creighton University.
Kari Fillipi, Director of Property Management
Kari Fillipi joined Times Ventures in 2011 upon the acquisition of Pondview Apartments. In early 2014, she was named Director of Property Management, overseeing the management of all Times Ventures apartments. She brings to the company knowledge and experience gained with over 10 years in the multi-housing industry. She earned an Associate Degree in Business from Anoka Ramsey Community College, her Minnesota Real Estate License and her Certified Resident Manager designation. Kari and her husband Craig are proud parents of two boys. Kari has served in various youth programs and is a member of the Minnesota Multi Housing Association.
